Ribee's passion for photographic art was evident at an early age. As an adolescent, he used the headlights of his father's car at dusk to cast the dramatic lighting required to create his earliest works. From that early start, shown here on the far right, decades ago, Ribee has remained at the forefront of the photographic industry, evolving to digital format equipment. His evolution into the digital age has increased his ability to maintain control and enhance the quality of his work.
Thousands of fashion and commercial assignments have given Ribee a unique interpretive skill for movement, angles, contrast and form. It is this strength that Ribee has brought to capturing the majesty and splendour of Georgian Bay. For over three months, Ribee explored the shorelines and scenery of Georgian Bay. His ability to access remote locations has contributed to a unique perspective that most people don't have the chance to behold.
